These Terms govern your use of the PolyEdge platform, including automated copy-trading tools, market analytics, and subscription services. Read them carefully before using the platform.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PolyEdge ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or email.
Description of Service
PolyEdge provides automated copy-trading tools, market analytics, and statistical analysis software designed exclusively for use with the Polymarket prediction market platform. The Platform operates as a non-custodial software service.
The Platform enables users to: (a) configure automated trading bots that mirror positions taken by selected traders on Polymarket; (b) access market intelligence tools, orderbook data, and price history; (c) manage trading parameters including capital limits, stop-losses, and allocation strategies.
PolyEdge operates as a Polymarket Builder, meaning trade orders submitted through our Platform carry a builder attribution tag. This attribution may entitle PolyEdge to fees charged to the Polymarket protocol. Current builder fee rates are disclosed on the Pricing page and may change with notice.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect service availability.
Eligibility & Prohibited Use
You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where prediction market trading and cryptocurrency transactions are lawful. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
The Platform is NOT available to residents of the United States of America, or any jurisdiction where Polymarket is blocked or restricted. By using the Platform, you represent that you are not accessing it from a restricted jurisdiction.
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform; (c) use automated scripts to scrape or abuse the Platform's APIs beyond normal use; (d) share account credentials with third parties; (e) misrepresent your identity or jurisdiction; (f) attempt to manipulate markets or engage in wash trading through our tools.
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Payments & Subscriptions
Access to paid features requires a valid subscription. Subscriptions are activated via one-time USDC payments on the Polygon network. There is no automatic renewal — each subscription period requires a manual payment.
Current subscription tiers and prices are listed on the Pricing page. All prices are denominated in USDC. PolyEdge reserves the right to change subscription prices with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
Payments are processed on-chain. You are responsible for ensuring your payment is sent to the correct wallet address, on the correct network (Polygon), in the correct amount (within the tolerance window), and within the valid time window. PolyEdge cannot reverse blockchain transactions.
Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated. In the event of a technical error on our part that prevents access to paid features, we may at our discretion issue a subscription extension or credit.
If a payment is received but not automatically detected, you may use the payment recovery feature within your account. PolyEdge reserves the right to verify all payments against on-chain records before activating subscriptions.
Upon subscription expiry, your account reverts to the free tier. Running bots above the free tier limits will be stopped. Your data and settings are retained for 90 days after expiry.
Wallet & Custody
PolyEdge is a non-custodial platform. We do not hold, control, or have access to your Polymarket trading funds. All trading capital remains under your control in your connected wallet.
To enable automated trading, you may provide an encrypted private key or connect via Polymarket's Safe wallet infrastructure. Private keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. PolyEdge staff cannot view or export your unencrypted private key.
You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet credentials. PolyEdge is not liable for losses resulting from: (a) unauthorised access to your account; (b) loss of your wallet private key or seed phrase; (c) user error in bot configuration; (d) smart contract bugs or Polymarket protocol failures.
The "Export Private Key" feature allows you to download your encrypted key material. You acknowledge that exporting and storing key material is your responsibility, and PolyEdge accepts no liability for how exported key material is handled.
Trading Risks & No Financial Advice
PREDICTION MARKET TRADING INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF LOSS. The value of positions can go to zero. Past performance of any trader, bot, or strategy on the Platform is not indicative of future results.
PolyEdge does not provide financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other type of advice. Nothing on the Platform should be construed as a recommendation to buy or sell any position. All trading decisions are made by you or by automated bots operating under parameters you have configured.
Copy-trading involves automatically mirroring trades made by other Polymarket users. The traders you copy may make poor decisions, lose capital, or cease trading at any time. PolyEdge does not endorse, vet, or guarantee the performance of any trader listed on the Platform.
Automated bots operate based on rules you configure. Market conditions, liquidity, price slippage, network congestion, and other factors may cause bots to execute trades at prices different from those intended. PolyEdge is not responsible for execution quality or slippage.
You acknowledge that: (a) you may lose all capital deployed through the Platform; (b) prediction markets are inherently speculative; (c) you are trading with full knowledge of these risks; (d) PolyEdge bears no responsibility for trading outcomes.
Data & Privacy
By using the Platform, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We collect account information (email, wallet addresses), usage data (bot configurations, trading parameters), and technical data (IP addresses, browser information) necessary to operate the Platform.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Wallet addresses and trading activity may be visible on-chain as a function of blockchain transparency, which is outside our control.
We retain your account data for the duration of your account plus 90 days after deletion. Trade history and bot logs are retained for 12 months.
Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its software, design, analytics tools, and proprietary algorithms, is owned by PolyEdge and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform.
Polymarket is a separate platform not affiliated with PolyEdge. Polymarket trademarks and branding belong to their respective owners.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, POLYEDGE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF TRADING CAPITAL, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO POLYEDGE IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
The Platform relies on third-party infrastructure including Polymarket, Polygon network, and other blockchain protocols. We are not liable for failures, outages, or changes to these third-party systems.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at legal@polyedge.online. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any unused subscription period.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law.
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Running bots will be stopped. Your data will be retained for 90 days and then deleted, unless retention is required by law.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration. Class action lawsuits and class-wide arbitration are waived to the extent permitted by law.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
